I wanted to replace 4 windows that face west and get quite cold in winter. Brock offered triple glazing for the price plus vinyl windows and covering the wood frames with aluminum. Our back door was wooden and drafty and the screen door was in poor shape. These were replace with steel and aluminum. There is a marked difference in the comfort level in the kitchen now as there are no more drafts at the door. The installation went exactly as planned, with no surprises. Stefan was thorough and respectful of our needs.
