Patio window doors

My entire experience was a nightmare. I paid in full before work had ever begun. Big mistake! Install was a nightmare. Door leaked from horrible install. Had to fight to get it fixed. The company insisted it was a roof leak. My previous patio door never leaked so I knew something was wrong with installation. After threats of court they sent someone to redo the install and I haven't had a problem since. They refused to believe that the install was not done correctly, fought with me insisting I get a new roof when all along I only need a proper install on my new patio door! The company was horrible and the effort to get the work done right took too much of my precious time. The customer (me) was right and they refused to believe me. They've never done a follow up to even see or apologize for all the stress this nightmare caused. Had they listened to the customer all fighting could have been avoided. Instead they prefer the customer spend 5000$ on a roof that needs no repair rather than rectify the problem they caused. Thank god I was persistent as I knew there was never a roof problem, only a horrible install job. Way to deflect Brock windows! The truth always prevails!! I'm writing this review because Brock windows is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with as a home owner. Multiple visits to my home and many emails and phone calls were made only to have the manager insist it was not their problem when all along it was because once they finally agreed to redo the work there hasn't been a leak since! Imagine if I wouldn't have been persistent or even worse if I had believed their assessment of it being a roof problem! If I could spread the word to everyone to avoid this company at all costs I would. No compassion from this company! Bottom line BEWARE!!!

Water leakage is a rare situation and is sometimes problematic to diagnose. We are happy that we were able to rectify this problem for you, but we are very sorry that you felt that we were not able to meet your expectations.
