An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Because the installers did such an exceptional job the first time they replaced some windows in my home, I specifically requested that they be the ones to complete the installation of new windows I had recently purchased. I would definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows and already have to several friends and neighbours. I was most satisfied with the installers. They were very professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was left neat and tidy. I am a little picky about my carpets but they were courteous enough to constantly take off their shoes when they came inside. Both installers, Derek and his partner (Brian ?) were wonderful! I was very pleased and satisfied with the job done by Brock Doors & Windows. Everyone is very professional. I would recommend Brock Doors & Windows to anyone looking to replace windows in their home.
