Hi Andrew: Your 2 installers, Derek and Brian were at my house for the 15th and 16th this week installing my 7 new windows and covering the half moon in the front with black vinyl. I must say that the windows are great, the vinyl work looks fine but I was most impressed with the service and attitude of your installers. Both Derek and Brian were pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable and worked at a steady almost, non stop pace. No wasting time, no breaks, amazing work ethic. They were as careful as they could be with the VINES and their attention to details in not scratching walls etc as they took materials in and out was commendable.
Brock is indeed fortunate to have two such dedicated installers.
I must say Andrew that your sales work was excellent , your promises kept and the timing was spot on for installation. My wife, Gail and I thank you, Derek, and Brian for renewing our faith in contractors, the quality of their product and their service levels.
We would highly recommend that others utilize Brock Doors & Windows for all their window needs.
