We previously had 2 windows replaced in the kitchen by another vendor and were not happy with the quality of window.
With Brock Doors and Windows, I paid a tad higher pricing, but got amazing service. We had our main front window (approx 5' x 6' with a custom arch on top) and 5 other windows, which all had a free upgrade to triple pane.
The three we had in the bedroom now allows my wife (night nurse) to sleep through the day even with my neighbours cutting their lawn and rebuilding their deck.
The workmanship (including; expanding foam insulation, 3.3/4" frame, and fully caulking inside and out) was expertly done. When finished the areas were swept and vacuumed.
I need to replace a few more windows and I will definitely ONLY go directly back to Brock
