Last year we purchased an older home, where 3 windows need upgrading.
We were happy with the rest of the windows and during our research found out that Brock Doors & Windows had installed the rest.
We gave Brock a call and they sent a salesperson (Dorian) to asses the work and provide an estimate.
We were pleased with the quote and moved forward. Evgeni (the installer) called us to schedule a convenient time to double check measurements before manufacturing would start.
About 3 weeks later Evgeni called to inform us the windows were ready and to schedule a convenient install date and time.
Evgeni and his two assistants arrived on time, protected our floors, completely removed the old windows, installed new windows, foam insulted, caulked the outside, installed new casing and then cleaned up.
