Brock Doors & Windows Ltd.

I found the staff at Brock to be very professional and courteous (sales, installation and service). The Installers (particularly Mark) were great and did a thorough and very professional job. I reported a defect in one window a day after installation and it was replaced by a newly manufactured one within about three weeks by the manufacturer, North Star Windows and Doors, no questions asked. Those folks did a great job as well.
All in all, an excellent installation by Brock and the only reason the rating I give is 8 out of 10 is because the quality control on the window manufacture and delivery could have been better.
