The door project had took longer than expected from the date of what I was originally told by the Brock salesperson. I had ordered the door at the end of May 2013 and the door was finally installed Mid August 2013.
The final finish was acceptable, but could have been neater though. They installed a pre-hung door and so far the door frame has a small crack in the wood and the small area of the door is also cracked. ( maybe a manufacturer defect?)

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Be much quicker with their lead time. Deliver the product quicker so that the customer can start enjoying the door/window earlier!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Ask questions. Find a company you can trust.
