The initial presentation was first class - the sales rep that came to my house was extremly well prepared,very informative and professional. He answered all my questions and brought along many samples for me to look at.Once I decidet to hire them ,the excellent service continued. The crew came in ,did the work quickly and efficiently, and without leaving a mess. The final result was beautiful - I love my new windows and do not hesitate to recommend Brock.
