From beginning to end, I have enjoyed my experience with Brock windows and doors. My sales rep Bill not only spoke about the rebates but properly advised me of the correct process to ensure I was eligible to receive the rebates. I was not pushed into a sale and was offered access to the Brock showroom during opening hours and by appointment if it was of peak hours. I was given realistic time frames, useful promotions and payment options. Every step of the way I felt listened to, valued and respected. To Bill and the Brock install and showroom teams. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Signed contract April14/22 for 2 sets of replacement windows. Estimated delivery 12 to 20 weeks. Arrived August 9/22 to install. Removed master bedroom window set only to discover windows were incorrectly ordered. Took 4 hours to install first set resulting in large gap between window frame and drywall on interior. Installers refused to try and install 2nd set. Brock advised they would order a new set for living room. Installer used 4 inch trim to cover gap. Window blinds no longer fit. Was provided $250. credit to cover $938.00 cost to replace window blinds. Only sealed left and right hand moldings. Top and bottom molding had large gap
between molding and dry wall. Provided photos of the issue. Was advised that they would correct issues when they installed 2nd set of windows. Could not wait for repairs as we were redecorating and
completed repairs myself. ETA on reordered 2nd set of windows early
December 2022. Date came and went without any news from Brock. Repeated voice mails left for Project Coordinator went unanswered.
Asked for Project Coordinator's Manager's name and contact info.
Was refused. Installation department personnel assured me that a Project Coordinator would call me back the next day. Never happened! 2nd set were finally installed Jan. 13/23. Have dealt with 2 other window / door suppliers in the past and have never experienced the level of unprofessional customer service and performance as we have with Brock!

We hired Brock doors and windows to replace 11 windows and 3 doors.
The price was reasonable. The sales aspect with enjoyable. No pressure sales. Bill and Ken were knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. explained the different optionsand gave us competitive pricing.
Once the windows and doors were ready install was scheduled. The installers showed up on time, the doors were installed over two days and the installed did an excellent job. Very clean and looks great. The windows were installed over the course of a full day. They also did a great job. They were clean and the windows look great. We have had friends comment that our home feels warmer as the old doors and windows sealed very poorly. Overall very happy with Brock doors and windows.

I ordered windows for about a third of my house. The quality of the windows in fantastic and for that reason I would definitely recommend again. I was a little disappointed after placing my order to find out that some of what the salesman said could be done, could in fact not be done, but after some push they did provide me with a rebate to compensate me for that. All but one of my windows was installed in the expected timeframe. One window arrived in the wrong colour and three months later I am still waiting for an update on it (with no compensation for the delay -ordered in April). With all that said, while customer service definitely doesn't go above and beyond, the initial instal team was amazing and the windows are great so far so I would still recommend them.

Brock did a phenomenal job installing new Windows and Doors for my entire house. Looks amazing!! That was 18 windows and 3 doors in black. The installers were very professional and completed the job in the time they promised. No complaints. House value has gone up and I am a very happy customer.

Great service beginning with the sales person who explained the complete window purchase and installation process, including the Greener Homes audit procedures. The project coordinator gave us an installation date which was met. The installers were professional, courteous, cooperative, and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the whole process and would recommend Brock to others.

Avoid bait and switch and high-pressure tactics, go straight to Brock!

We ordered a front door and two basement windows at the beginning of the summer. They were installed by early October. The installer did a fantastic job, arrived when expected and left the house clean after completing the job. The door delivery was delayed but Brock did a good job of reaching out and rectifying the issue to our satisfaction. I would recommend Brock for any door or window job as their prices are competitive and of the highest quality!

I had recently had Brock Doors & Windows replace all my windows but one which I had to replace a few yews ago plus a sliding glass door.
They did an excellent job at a great price. The guys were there on time and removed and replaced all the windows (9) and the sliding glass door in one day which was great. The next day they did all the finishing work and clean up. The neighbours even commented on how clean they were.
The windows look and feel great.
