Brock Doors & Windows Ltd.

We had a front door with storm plus a side door installed in September '09. One year later we had to have the doors reinstalled as they were not closing properly. The big problem though is that we have had bubbling of the paint (which was baked on at the factory). This is due to the fact that we face west and there is a great deal of heat buildup between the glass storm door and the steel door. This situation never occurred to us when we ordered the door and the salesman never told us that this would happen. Obviously, had we been told we would not have ordered the storm door. The solution by Brock has been somewhat vague. Suggestions by technicians were of the "you could try this" sort of option. They didn't seem to have an engineered solution - just "well you could put a vent in". You would think that we were the only people who have bought a door from them who face west! It didn't occur to us that this would happen when we bought the doors because our previous door was wood and of course it absorbed the heat. The whole thing is quite unsatisfactory. The only thing that Brock provided was two vials of paint that we could touch up the finish. I also have received quite a nasty phone call from the salesman on the situation. A month ago I sent a letter to the president with copies of the emails I've sent and pictures of the door. To date I have not received a response.

All in all we are not happy with the way that Brock has handled the situation and would never recommend them to anyone else.

We had some aluminum storm windows and an aluminum storm door installed, to replace existing windows and door, and are very satisfied with Brock's work. The sales person, Pat, was knowledgeable about the products and very pleasant to deal wtih. Their installer Mario was great - he really knows his stuff and was also very pleasant to deal with. The door was a difficult installation, but it came out perfectly. There was a problem with the lock not working well but this was the fault of the manufacturer and not Brock. Brock had the manufacturer come out to replace it. This was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was done when promised and they left the place clean and tidy. We have used Brock before and would use them again.

We are satisfied and very pleased with our windows/sliding patio doors. The guy who installed was very nice and cleaned up all the mess. I highly recommend Brock windows/doors to all my friends and neighbours.

I had a door replaced in the front of our home the price was very competitive. Installation went well and installer very professional with his work. Very happy with the door .

Brock did a great job! The previous owner's of our house made a lot of mistakes, and the door was just one of them. A lot of companies I called couldn't even do the door, as it was so custom (short). The sales rep was confident that they could make a door for us, with a window, and within our budget. We were thrilled. Due to the messed up way the previous owner's installed the door, it took the installer 12 hours to istall just the door, and a small window in the garage. He never complained, and even caulked a window that the previous owners did not caulk.

I was very happy with the Brock Team. Sales staff where knowledgeable and helpful in choice of windows and doors. The installation crew where punctual, very professional in there installation. Would recomend Brock to anyone needing replacement windows and doors.

This is the second project Brock Doors & Windows Inc. have done for us. From the first visit. By the sales rep to the last visit by the installer we were extremely satisfied. Everv aspect of the project was carried out in a very professional manner. When the job was complete the area was thoroughly cleaned and the only thing left was a very satisfied customer & a Brest looking bay window.

We used Brock in 2007 to replace a handful of windows on our ~90 year old home. We were very happy with their work and had them back in 2011 to replace the rest of the home's windows. The sales agent was very helpful, providing advice and recommendations (without trying to "upsell"). The installation crew was friendly, efficient and quick. I have recommended Brock to otherd in the past and will continue to in the future. Prices are very reasonable and quality is excellent.

Brock Windows was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call. I called 3 companies for quotes (the top three Homestars rated window installers on this site). Brock was the first to get back to us. Pat the salesperson showed up on time, answered all our questions and was extremely knowledeable. Follow up visits and installation were always right on time, professional, and on budget. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Of all the three companies, Brock's original quote , while very competitive, was the highest, but becauseof their professionalism in comparison to the others they won the job. They will do any window jobs I have moving forward.

Eric did an outstanding job! He definitely knows his stuff (in fact caught an potential problem with a window we had initially ordered that would not have worked with the shutters we have). Inside and out, our windows look fantastic and we didn't have to do a thing once he and David were done.
