needing a satellite box replaced

Our satellite tv box was on the fritz in the master bedroom.
My husband called direct tv and an appointment was made for that week friday. the nice young guy came out and did a series of tests on the box and determined that it has shorted out. he went outside and grabbed an extra box out of his van and had it replaced in under 40 minuets.
