I bought an AC unit in June of 2006. Within one month the brand new compressor burned out. I was angry and called bowling and they sent out a couple of guys and had it replaced ASAP. They were great with the fact that everything was replaced, and they checked up on us to do periodic maintenance. I was not impressed with the fact that the compressor unit that i received blew out so fast.
