Soon after purchasing my home, I went into the basement after a heavy rain and found my clothes on the basement floor floating!!
A friend had referred me to B-Dry. What they did was break up the cement in the basement where the water was leaking onto the floor. They put a Drain System INTO the floor in the space that was broken up, along the west and north wall and redid the cement on top of the drain. They also put up heavy plastic to reduce the "dust" from the cement being broken up. This INTERNAL drain system connected to the drain already in my home.
They were very professional, my estimate was the price paid, prompt service. And they cleaned up very well.
I never worry when it rains now!! And the Life-Time Warranty is TRANSFERABLE when I sell my house! Can't ask for more than that.
