This guy gets an "A" for lousy performance. Over promise and under deliver. He can not keep his own promises and timelines.
Always has good excuses and each incident is progressively more dramatic than previous incident. 2 yrs and he still hasn't finished the job. I have to be on him or else he would go lights out on me forever. I'm going to the small claims court.
