I have to be honest, their finished product is great, but their customer service and communication is horrible. They do not return any phone calls and they owe me some money that they have been promising that is “in the mail” now for over six weeks.
A pool is a huge investment and when searching for a company please find one that finds pride in not only the product they sell and install but the service they provide after the job is completed. They promised a lot, but won’t even return a phone call now that they have our money. Please do your research first.
