I had high hopes and expectations for my kitchen granite countertop project. It seemed like a simple project but apparently it was too complex for Atlantic to handle. Multiple obvious mistakes were made during installation - mistakes that had to be obvious to the installers and in fact could have been prevented if the installers had simply mentioned the problems to me. Instead things turned out badly and cannot be fixed. When I tried to resolve the obvious mistakes with the owner - he had all kinds of explanations how everything was someone else's fault - the cabinet company, the cabinet installer, even the kitchen designer. In this economy, a consumer has lots of choices for granite countertops. I just want to warn potential customers to think twice before purchasing your countertops from Atlantic Marble and Granite of Falls Church Virginia (there are different companies with similar names in other cities).
