Heating & Air Conditioning review in
I will not use A1 Residential ever again. I found their staff to be rude. They were wrong in their suggestions and it ended up costing us thousands in repair. We have had to make two repairs to their work now totally us over $20,000. We found water in our air conditioning area from bad work when they installed the airconditioner. They also told us that with out drainage system we did not need our sump pump and then were flooded during the rains. I would suggest that you go to some other company. Please check the BBB site also as they have two complaints agains them now for shoddy work.
