I built new house and was looking for some concrete company.
Giuffre & Sons offer looked affordable so I hired them and gave $2000 deposit. That was the last time I saw the owner. No contact, no promised job done. I spoke several times with his wife and all I heard was they considered bankruptcy so I could say goodbye to my money. I spoke with my lawyer about it but in the middle of house building I had no time for the court. That was simple fraud, nothing more.
