The prices were high. Filters averaged $3-8 dollars higher than competition. The quality was mediocre and the selection of marine fish was small. The prices posted on marine fish were NOT what was charged at the register. Several $ difference between posted and charged.
The staff made fun of a disabled woman after she left the store. She had difficulty in communicating her needs quickly. She had to repeat her request more than once. After her departure, the manager continued to mimic her for several minutes.
With their high prices, selection, knowledge and staff, seek out another LFS.
