Zambito Tile

The grout is cracked and missing in some areas. We have 2 cracked tiles. Raised tile in areas, grout lines aren't even. Some wide some skinny. Joe will not return our calls. TERRIBLE JOB!!! The floor was not even 3 month old when all the problems started. It took over six weeks to finish when he told us it was a two week job. Some days he never even showed up and didn't even call. We are very upset that we have to spend more money to have this floor fixed.
