We love using ABT for all of our appliances for our home renovation. They have so many customer services folks on the floor who are knowledgable about the products they sell. From the purchase to the delivery, everything is so seamless. ABT is the best!

The sales, service and delivery personnel were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The new retail location in Glenview, IL is state of the art with an extensive variety of all types of electriconics from audio systems to everyday appliances. The weekends promote family friendly activities which make the shopping experience fun for everyone in the family. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were a big hit with my children.

Do your homework. Some things are considerably cheaper at other places, some things are not. Also check reviews carefully. The $700 fridge I purchased isn't that great and I wouldn't buy it again. It is really convenient that you can just call and order the item you want and they'll do everything over the phone, so if you see something you like at another store you can just order it from ABT.

The service at this store was exceptional. The clerks are available and very helpful. The delivery was on time and the installers were neat and polite. The entire installation was approximately 2 hours. We have been very satisfied with all aspects of this store and the employees.
