The owner/salesman did a great job. The installation was Ok, but they didn't receive all the blinds at once, so they had to come back to install the rest a week or two later. Then one of the arches didn't fit, had to re-order and wait another 2-3 weeks. Then a few of the blinds were defective, re-order and wait another 1-2 weeks. We started this project in November and as of today, 4-1-09, we're hoping to have the last blind replaced and final touch ups done this week. The owner is a nice guy, but I have always had to call him to get updates or status checks on where the new blinds are and when he'll be able to install them. The products seem to be good, but I would never recommend this company.
