Our water pressure is lousy in our house so a friend recommended Valentin to come give an estimate for a lead pipe replacement. While he was here I decided to take advantage of his deal on scoping the pipes. Valentin encouraged us to come watch and explained everything we needed to know about drainage and water pipes (a steep learning curve for us) but he was extremely patient and friendly and answered all of our dumb questions with a smile. He stayed for over an hour even though we were only paying a small fee for the scope and getting an estimate. I hope he makes better money elsewhere because he really is excellent at his job!

I am very pleased that we have found 'our plumber' and will be using Valentin for lead pipe replacement, toilet replacement and any other plumbing issues that come up in the future.
