Valentin installed a new kitchen faucet, and replaced an existing faucet. He was ontime, clean, professional, and detail oriented - he asked if I was left or right handed in order to orient the faucet! He filled in the warrany information card, and actually left the kitchen cleaner than when he got there. I would definitely recommend him.

I am very impressed with Strong Plumbing. Getting my house ready for sale, I needed two shoddy toilets repaired and the taps in my laundry room replaced. The work wasn’t urgent but I wanted it done quickly to have my house ready for market. I called Strong Plumbing and spoke with Valentin - he came over the next morning. Pipes were vibrating after flushing toilet. Valentin described what the most likely problem was over the phone before coming to my house (I had searched online and found the same explanation). He gave an estimate of what it would cost if that was the problem. Valentin came and did exactly what he said he was going to do and didn't try to "upsell" the job and make it 2 or 3 times original estimate. The cost was what he told me prior to fixing the toilet. I don't know what more to say other than we have found our plumber for life! Valentin responded to my homestars message by phone minutes after I contacted him. Valentin was almost instantaneous in responding to my inquiry for a quote and scheduling availability on the replacement of a corroded p-trap under my kitchen sink. After sending him some pictures of the condition of the pipes, he was able to provide me with a game plan and a couple estimates based on the possibility that the more than one piece of the drainage system may need to be replaced. He was also able to schedule me in within 24hrs of my inquiry. Today was of the repair- Valentin was diligent on keeping me updated with regards when I could expect him to arrive. As soon as he arrived, he put on a par of cloth shoe covers to ensure his cleanliness upon entering, he assessed the problem, showed me the parts he would replace and got to work right away. Before I knew it, the replacement was done, the new piece was installed and Valentin spent time ensuring all parts were tightly secured and not leaking. When drawing up the invoice, Valentin stuck to the estimate he gave me during the initial inquiry and listed out what was replaced, the results of testing to ensure the install was good, noted a 30-day warranty and a recommendation to have another part replaced sometime in the future. Overall, Valentin was very polite, diligent, quick, honest, tidy, and a pleasure to work with.
