He located the drains, which others had not been able to do, was able to provide a clear statement, in writing, about the nature of the storm and sewer system and provide a clear recommendation for my insurance company about work needing to be done. He gave me good advice not only about my drains but also about my weeping tile and foundation, and his assessment of the situation has turned out to be the right one. Personable and professional, he was more than willing to go above and beyond for me.
