Clarke Basement Systems

I'm very happy I called Clarke Basement Systems for my crack repair. The technician, Fitz, was one of the friendliest and most knowledgable tradespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He explained the job in terms I could undersatnd, cleaned up after himself and even gave us helpful suggestions on how we could prevent future issues in our basement. Well worth the investment.

My only complaint was that the tech was slightly late (30 minutes) for our appointment and no one from the office called ahead to notify me. Other than that, this was a very positive experience and I feel confident that the work was done professionally. Highly reccomended.
