When we started looking for a company to finish our basement from scartch we got quotes that were all over the map. The Home Improvement People were professional from start to finish. They gave us a very reasonable quote and were very flexible in deciding a start time. After work started, they stuck to their original quote regardless of some small changes we made along the way. My wife and I were impressed by their customer service and how we were always able to gen in contact with the job foreman. They were responsive to our needs and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. My only complaints are minor ones. The job went a little longer than initially intended and I would have liked a little more input in the planning stage, especially in the kitchen, but other than that, they were perfect. I would highly reccomend them to anybody who asks.,

I'm very happy I called Clarke Basement Systems for my crack repair. The technician, Fitz, was one of the friendliest and most knowledgable tradespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He explained the job in terms I could undersatnd, cleaned up after himself and even gave us helpful suggestions on how we could prevent future issues in our basement. Well worth the investment. My only complaint was that the tech was slightly late (30 minutes) for our appointment and no one from the office called ahead to notify me. Other than that, this was a very positive experience and I feel confident that the work was done professionally. Highly reccomended.
