Fitz Wilks came today to service our basement crawl space/sump pump that Clarke Basements had installed several years ago. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed a leak in our basement work room and gave a very detailed explanation as to how he can fix it. I will definetely have him come back to do the work as soon as possible.

We are happy with David Bunn's assessment of our leak which was caused bya foundation crack from top to bottom. Fitz Wilks came in and explained how he was going to repair it. He called us in at various stages to demonstrate and provided a clear explanation. The repair was efficiently done with no mess. Great customer service!

The senior installer Fitz and his assistant John showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Fitz explained the entire process in layman's terms and also offered practical recommendations. Both these individuals were very congenial, neat and personable. I bought an older Mimico home that had a small rear addition with a deck attached. What fantastic service and followup - referred by me real estate agent who just had Clarke complete his basement waterproofing. From initial meeting and quote, to the execution it was professional, thorough, courteous ... they called to confirm the appt the day before, then called day of advising they were on the way and on schedule. Fitz Wilks was our Technician, who along with John did the initial job, but Fitz then discovered a secondary problem that would require a sump pump. Fitz explained thoroughly the problem, and the solution, and had us re-scheduled to complete the work within a week. Rob and Gary were great they completed the job in 4 days instead of 5 as originally forecasted. They were very neat, trustworthy, thorough and pleasant. Fitz Wilks is very passionate about his job! He arrived to provide annual service to our pump only to find that the previous owners had never serviced the pump since it was installed 4 years ago. Fitz throughly explained what parts needed to be replaced and educated us as new home owners on the maintenance of the system. We will definitely call him again next year.
