David showed up for the job as planned and after a brief discussion got started on the job. During the course of the work, David provided updates and valuable feed back and willingly did some extras that was not part of the actual work agreement: he took pictures of the roof where shingles were missing.
David is friendly, a willing listener and opened to discussion. Quality of work is very good and David give verbal warranty for the job he did. David will be my go-to contractor for any similar job.
