I called Marcelo after strong winds had blown my whirlybird vent from my roof, leaving a gaping hole. As it was -10c and snowy day I wasn’t sure when this could be fixed.
After speaking to Marcelo at 11am he assured me he could provide a fix ASAP - he was here at 12.30pm. He installed the solar vent with new shingle and took before and after pictures. Advising us to leave the other vent intact, no pressure sales.
