We had 16 windows, 2 custom patio doors and one door insert installed. The quality of service was excellent from the outset. Vitaly spent time with us during the quote visit to answer all of our questions. We could see the high quality in all of the products. Our installation was originally scheduled for early April but due to the Covid restrictions, the installation occurred over the last couple of days. During the delay, Irina communicated with us every couple of weeks or so on the status of the delays, which we appreciated. Sergei, Oleg and Andrei did an excellent job with the install. They installed all 16 windows in one day and installed the flashing on the second day. The weather was very rainy but they never complained. They were respectful of our home, were very tidy and left no mess in our home. We were very impressed with how careful they were not to damage our custom window framework! They also cleaned up the exterior of our home. Upon completion, their truck hadn't even left our driveway when Vitaly called us to ask if we were satisfied with the installation.
