Had Warranty concern

Markham

The workmanship was very well done but we did experience difficulties getting them to honor their warranty. The roof is now fixed and we are satisfied with the finished product

And at last I fixed it free for your father, even we tried our best, but you still unhappy.

Will not honor warranty

Markham

We reported damage to our roof (at the very top of the roof), post 8 months of the work being done. Ben, the "Roofing Expert" who dealt with my family, during the sale, simply informed us that it's raccoon damage and hung up on me, when I argued that it was not.

My advise is simple...steer clear. He may offer what appears to be a good price, but that's on the surface. We were left with no extra roof shingles to fix any minor repairs on our own and now we are on the hook to figure out how we get additional shingles to try and repair the damage ourselves
