Yes the trades is comprehensive profession requiring the technicians to be up to date on the codes and be internet savvy to order the exact parts for each job. It is often very time consuming and challenging to find the exact parts. There are so many manufacturers with so many versions of so many types of fixtures, equipment and parts etc. Claire has a wonderful attention to detail that which works extremely well in this profession.
