Easy fix, went above and beyond
We called Victorious to fix two thresh-holds where the carpet was coming away due to shoddy work on the part of the original installer we had hired 8 years before who was not a flooring specialist. The repair was quick and very affordable, and looks great. The best part was, the technician (who was clearly very experienced) also took the time to clean up a few areas where the shoddy workmanship of the original installer was clearly showing around my stairs and baseboards, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend and use Victorious again (and I probably will!)
