When we had a water line and drain pipe break in our basement, it caused severe water damage. We hired Pedra Basements to do the repair work.
Juan was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the scope of the project and ensured us that he could complete the work within our budget.
He removed the water logged laminate and cut back the damaged drywall of the conduit that encased the pipe. Afterwards, new flooring was laid and the drywall replaced. Our basement looked like new!
As this occurred over the Christmas holidays, Juan made sure that there was minimal disruption to our household. He kept the renovation area clean and clear of hazards to our little ones.
