We enlisted Rocco to assist with getting a permit with the City of Mississauga for removing a load bearing wall in our kitchen. Rocco was prompt, knowledgable and very efficient - he was able to assemble drawings and get the permit from the city in under three weeks, which was two weeks sooner than the minimum that our contractor said it would take. Rocco was also able to offer advice about design consideration and spacial orientation. The price and times were exactly as he originally promised. We would definately consider Rocco for our next project.
