Draglam waste delivered a bin and placed it on my driveway without support under it. The bin damaged my driveway. The company has apologized and is going to repave my driveway. Great customer service!
Bin delivery for waste removal
A bin was placed on our new driveway without wood support underneath. We were unaware that the bin would damage our driveway. The bin dented and rusted our new driveway. The owner of the company blamed us for the damages, telling us it is our responsibility to place wood under the bin. They have poor customer service skills. They do not know how to respect or talk to their customers. I was called 'crazy' numerous times by the owner of the company. Yes I am a crazy mother of 3 who wants a company to deal properly with mistakes they have made. Please stay away from this company.
