We hire Cosmin July 2013 only because was same nationality with us and thought if we spoke same language I will avoid any misunderstanding. Bad,Bad mistake to not have an invoice with him and work schedule signed.He started demolition inside and then left for other jobs.He was late 3 weeks over project time limit.I had to move in late August in humiliating conditions without kitchen or laundry because of his work management.All kind of excuses from him being late with project.
Almost everything he touched was bad looking out of angle finished product.Poor drywall job,poor plumbing job,poor electrical job.The list is long and can go on.Drywall cracked in 6 weeks after he left.Have to fight with him to correct the basement walls but he refused saying to me he is not married to me and can't spend more time in my house.Electrical job strongly suspect was done by no licence electrician. He contracted out tile job and 4 months after installation tiles are coming off.I checked with crew who did tiles and they reveal to me that was brought to contractor attention it need a stronger sub-floor but Cosmin refused saying it is good enough with metal mesh.Very rude when I discuss all problems with him during the renovation process. Most of the time he was drunk and consume alcohol on my property with his crew.I asked them to stop but refuse saying is a hot summer.Can't find his company name mentioned anywhere over the internet.And I know I am not the only one to had problems with him after speaking with Romanian community. It is a disgrace for trade workers to have around one like him.AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!
