I had my grass redone by GPM. A few weeks later the grass starting dying. I contacted the owner and he mentioned that I must have some bugs killing my grass. I share my front yard with my number. I layed the grass on my side but he did not replace his grass. Strange enough his grass is beautiful and green and mine is totally dead where my side of the lot starts. If there were bugs they would have gone all over the full front yard not only my side. I am sure his grass was not good. I am really upset.

$2,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Fix my lawn as I did not put chemical on the lawn.

Shortly after the grass was installed, the grass died. The contractor said I had put pesticide. I was not happy. He came back and is now working with me trying to find what bug would kill my grass.

What could this company do to improve their services?

4 weeks after installation of new grass by GPM ,sections of the grass is dying. I called the owner. He told me to send pictures. He sent me an email and said that I had put chemical on the lawn. I never did. I just watered the grass according to instructions. I told him so. He never responded and I will probably need to re-sod again. Terrible customer service.
