Sadly to say that I am beyond disappointed

We got a new boiler and a new hot water tank for a house at a resent purchased home to replace the old ones that were probably over 25 years old last year. After the end of the winter now, we found something not right and discover the contracted installer made a huge mistake to install one of the components upsides down. They came back to fix it and flooded the partial basement, they did a horrible job and left! and still got it WRONG. I am not a very technical person to explain what exactly happened, but I could tell you that with the amount of money I spent, I don't deserve this kind of quality of work and service they provided. Beyond disappointed and feeling hopeless. How can I get them back to fix the problem and get them do the things right??

We do understand that during the visit, an unexpected leak occurred, which understandably was very frustrating, especially since you are also currently doing home renovations yourself, and a lot of stuff is likely happening at the same time. It is an unfortunate occurrence that our technicians were not aware or informed of the line you had leading to the flooded area, which ultimately led to the leak and left you feeling unhappy with the work. We are sorry to see our customer feeling dissatisfied, as of today, our technicians have visited again to take a look and take care of everything once again.
