We purchased a cover and had it installed in 2010 and it had completely failed and needed to be cut off to access our pool in 2015. When we approached the company for warranty the gave us the run around saying the manufacturer had changed hands so they needed our receipt for the product. as it was installed by a pool company we could only show the pool receipt and they never got back to us...we reached out to them recently to see if there was anything they could do and they said our warranty had now expired and they need us to pay $5600 for a new cover. There are far better options out there at a far lower cost from manufacturers that will stand by their products...don't waste your money or time on these guys.
