New Windows in Shelburne

Terry came and gave us a quote at the specified time we agreed on. He was quick to measure, quote us and re-measure. We were given a time when he would be able to install, he called ahead to ensure the time line was still workable for us. He arrived at 8, loaded his tools in the garage and began to bring windows in the house, after he had laid tarps over the carpet and areas he would be working on. We found Terry to be quick, efficient, friendly, tidy and personable. He installed 12 windows, taking into consideration, our shutters which could not be removed, removing the old windows from the outside. When he left for the day, our home was tidy as he vacuumed all the dust and dirt from his areas of work. He piled his next day items in an area and covered them up with tarps, keeping in mind, our active living space. We found Terry very professional, reliable and personable and true to his word. What he promised, he delivered. We had some magnetic latches that had disinegrated so I asked him to replace them as well and he happily obliged. I was given a lesson on how to take them out and clean them. Told how to care for them. The windows were sealed, trim was applied and a clean and tidy windows were left for us to enjoy. Our home was left clean and tidy as well as his work space in our garage. Our lawns were tidy as well and you would never know he was even there. We would highly recommend Terry for any jobs in your home. We were thrilled with his results and his knowledge of what needed to be done. Thank you Terry !!! They look great !!
