We Had cracks in the foundations that have been leaking for years. We tried other companies a few years ago and the cracks still leaked then we called the professionals at PERMA-DRY of Simcoe County and all i can say finally we have a dry basement. From the inside they came and inkected the cracks in our basement and after they were done they cleaned up and were on there way all in one day.
