Met Mark Connor at the Durham (Whitby) Home Show in April 2018 where we discussed home insulation issues. A home visit was arranged. Mark examined the attic of our 35 year old home, and offered several opinions and possible solutions to our chilly rooms problem this past winter. We agreed on the work to be done including a wiring issue with a bathroom ceiling fan. Within one week Mark's staff arrived to repair the wiring issue and have the minimal attic insulation brought up to R60 standards by blowing in a deep blanket of cellulose. Mark's staff were on time, on task, polite and answered all our questions. They did a great job cleaning up before leaving for their next job.
