We had dealt with Asad from Pars 10 years ago and were very satified with the mouldings in our home. However, Mike, his son is now the 'designer' and is completely unreliable. They quoted us 50,000.00 for a job that is worth 35,000 and we have many comparason quotes to support this. The worst is we paid 15,000 to them almost two years ago and never showed up when promised and we had to chase them. When they did finally install something it was chipped installed incorrectly and not what we ordered. The quality was not good & did not last the winter without cracking. We took them to the Better Business Bureau and the BBB advised us to go to the governemnt consumer protection agency and have them investigated - which we are in the process of doing now. All the BBB could do is mark the file unresolved becuase of PARS lack of communication. PLEASE make sure they give you a proper drawing not a pencil sketch as they call these pencil sketches artistic drawings and want to charge us 15,000 for them now and keep our deposit.
