John was patient and explained what he was doing and only fixed what needed to be fixed (the problem was ballasts in neon tube holders and he only charged us for changing one set and burnt out tubes, although we had no idea what was going on and he could have told us anything). His service fee is reasonable and he was very prompt in coming to us.
