Crew of four guys replacing quite a few windows on an end unit of a townhouse. Started at 9 a.m. and finished by 5 p.m. Efficient and professional. The initial contact with the sales crew, and communicating upon installation with the office was problem free and very personable. The quality of the window was of course what sold me, but it's a whole package that didn't disappoint. The price is competitive.
