Chairs were to be delivered to cottage. Instead went by Greyhound bus to depot. Spent days trying to locate and get delivery and unnecessary trips to cottage . Delivery times never kept and chairs then sent again by bus back to Toronto. Their site claims they use Fed Ex. not Greyhound Bus! Finally had to cancel chairs . The customer service was atrocious!
