Long story short - my son decided a Chelsea doll needed a swim lesson. He flushed it. It went down. Big disaster. We had to get the professionals in, we called Stooks, and glad we did. Couldn't be happier, and I would highly recommend them. Not only were we provided with same day service, but also excellent quality of work. Our toilet was fixed in short time, and resealed to a better state it had been in before. He was also great with my kids as they curiously watched him work. He even gave them a little tutorial on what happens to toys after they are retrieved from being flushed lol. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the service provided, and my kids haven't flushed anymore toys! Highly recommended and thank you, Stooks, for a job done right!
